Travis Blackburn was born in Chicago, Illinois but later moved to Price, Utah where he was raised. Travis graduated from Carbon High School and later attended Brigham Young University where he received an Undergraduate degree in Business with a emphasis in Finance.
Travis attended law school at University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. Upon graduation from law school Travis worked as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Claudia Laycock in the 4th District Court in Provo.
Travis enjoys the outdoors, reading, studying history, and participating in sports.
